Privacy Policy

1. Summary
We collect what we need to score your speaking and run your account, and nothing else. We do not sell your data. We do not use your recordings for advertising. We do not publish anything you record unless you explicitly create a share link.

We never receive your card details. Payment information goes directly to Creem.
If you sign in with Google, Google gives us your name and email address and nothing else. We never post anything to any Google service on your behalf.
3. Who we share it with
We use these third parties to run Scoryee. Each receives only what it needs:

We do not share your data with anyone else, and we do not sell it.
4. Where your data is stored
Our database and file storage are hosted by Supabase; hosting is provided by Vercel. Scoring providers process recordings on their own infrastructure, which may be outside Taiwan, including in the United States and the European Union. By using Scoryee you agree to this transfer, which is necessary to provide the service.
5. How long we keep it
- Recordings and scores: as long as your account exists, so you can see your history
- Usage records: kept as a running total; individual entries stop affecting your limits after seven days
- Onboarding answers: as long as your account exists
- Account details: until you ask us to delete the account
Ask us at support@scoryee.com to delete your account and we will remove your recordings, scores and account details. We may keep the minimum records of transactions that tax law requires.
6. Your rights
Under Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act, and equivalent laws elsewhere, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop processing it. Email support@scoryee.com and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
We use the minimum necessary: a session cookie so you stay signed in, and a lang cookie remembering your language choice. Vercel Analytics collects page views without cookies and without profiling individual visitors. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Children
Scoryee is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact support@scoryee.com and we will delete it.
9. Changes
We will announce material changes on the site before they take effect.
