Refund Policy
Last updated: 21 August 2026
The short version
If you are not happy with a Scoryee subscription, email support@scoryee.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not need to explain why.
1. Who processes your refund
Payments are handled by Creem, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Refunds are issued through Creem back to your original payment method. Your statement will show CREEM.IO. Contact us at support@scoryee.com and we will arrange it — you do not need to contact Creem yourself.
2. The 14-day guarantee
You can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment — your first subscription payment or a renewal. No reason required.
This is longer than the seven-day statutory cooling-off period for distance sales under Article 19 of Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act, and we offer it whether or not that period applies to a digital service. If you are in a country whose law gives you a longer or stronger right, that law applies and this policy does not reduce it.
3. How to request one
Email support@scoryee.com from the address on your Scoryee account and say you want a refund. Nothing else. We aim to reply within two business days; once approved, the money is usually back with you within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
4. After 14 days
We do not refund past 14 days, but you can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Use the “Manage subscription” link on your account page.
5. If something goes wrong on our side
If Scoryee is unavailable for an extended period, if a paid feature you are actively paying for is withdrawn, or if we suspend your account and it was our mistake, we will refund the unused part of your period — regardless of the 14-day window.
6. Duplicate and accidental charges
Email support@scoryee.com. We refund these in full at any time.
7. What is not refundable
- A subscription already refunded once and then repurchased for the same account
- An account closed for breaching the Terms of Service, where the breach is established
