1. Who we are
Scoryee (“we”, “us”) is operated by Cheng-En Li, an individual developer based in Taiwan. You can reach us at support@scoryee.com.
2. What Scoryee is
Scoryee is an online English speaking practice tool. You record spoken answers in your browser; automated systems transcribe and score them and return feedback.
Scores are an estimate for practice only. They are produced by automated systems and are not an official language qualification. Scoryee is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to ETS (TOEIC, TOEFL), the British Council, IDP Education, Cambridge Assessment English (IELTS), or Pearson (PTE). Where those names appear on our site, they describe the kind of practice we offer, nothing more. Do not rely on a Scoryee score for any admission, employment, immigration or examination purpose.
3. Your account
You need an account to use most features. You may sign in with Google, with an email address and password, or as a guest. A guest account is tied to your browser session — if you lose that session, you lose access to that account and its history, and we cannot recover it. You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, use Scoryee with a parent’s or guardian’s permission.
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@scoryee.com if you think someone else is using it.
4. Free and paid plans
Some features are free. Others require a paid subscription. What each plan includes, and its current price, are shown on our pricing page.
Usage limits. Every plan has limits on how much you can use the automated scoring in a rolling seven-day period, because each score costs us money to produce. The current limits are on the pricing page. If you reach a limit, the feature pauses and becomes available again as your earlier usage ages out of the seven-day window — you can see how much you have used, and when it frees up, on your account page.
We may change plans, limits and prices. If you already have a subscription, its price does not change for as long as that subscription stays active. A change to what a plan includes will be announced before it takes effect.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as our authorised reseller and merchant of record. When you subscribe, your contract for that purchase is with Creem, and Creem is responsible for billing, tax and payment processing. Your bank or card statement will show CREEM.IO, not Scoryee.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through the customer portal linked on your account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end your current period — your access continues until the period you have already paid for runs out.

6. Your recordings and your content
You keep ownership of everything you record. You grant us permission to process your recordings for the purpose of scoring them and showing you the result, including sending them to the third-party services listed in our Privacy Policy.
We do not publish your recordings. A result becomes public only if you choose to create a share link, and you can remove that link at any time from the share sheet.
We may use anonymised, aggregated statistics (for example, average scores by task type) to improve the product. This never includes your audio or anything that identifies you.
7. What you may not do
- Attempt to bypass usage limits, including by creating multiple accounts
- Use automated tools to submit recordings at scale
- Upload audio you do not have the right to submit, or anything unlawful, abusive or containing another person’s private information
- Resell, redistribute or expose access to the service or its API
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the scoring models
We may suspend or close an account that does any of these. Where a suspension is our decision and you have paid, we will refund the unused portion of your current period.
8. Availability
Scoryee is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee it will always be available, that scores will be accurate, or that the service will be free of errors. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature you are actively paying for, we will refund the unused portion.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Scoryee is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes go to the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim in your own country of residence, or any mandatory consumer protection right available to you there.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use Scoryee after that means you accept the new version.
